Here's how Noah Bank's enhanced security measures work:

Log In Credentials

  • The access process begins with you typing in your correct User ID and Password.

Device Check

  • Then we check the device you are using – whether it’s your computer, mobile phone or tablet. If we don’t
    recognize the device, we may ask you to complete a Security Challenge to ensure your identity.

Geographic Location

  • We also check geographic indicators. If you’re trying to log in from a new location, we may ask additional questions.

Before entering your password or answering the Security Challenge to access your Internet Banking, check your browser’s address bar. We’ve added an additional layer of security that shows if you are connected to a safe server. If your browser’s address bar is GREEN, your connection is safe. If it’s not GREEN, stop your log in process and contact us at your local branch. This GREEN address bar as a new security feature has been activated in advance for your security since April 24th, 2014.

Here's how the GREEN address bar may appear in your browser. The name of our certified Internet Banking service provider, “Fiserv, Inc.” may also appear in the address bar as below. By checking the GREEN address bar, you can be assured that you are accessing the valid Noah Bank website for your Internet Banking.

Questions & Answers

Q. When I try to access Internet Banking using my smartphone, why do I not see the Green address bar?

Currently Internet Banking and ECorp are not certified or supported for use with mobile devices. There may be instances when a mobile device may work on your smartphone, but it is not intended. Thus the enhanced new security feature, the GREEN address bar will not be available when you try to access Internet Banking using your smartphone. We encourage you to use your regular PC to access Internet Banking for your security.

Q. Is Internet Banking secure?

Yes, we use multiple channels of authentication to protect your information. At every log in attempt we verify all of the
following:

- A valid User ID and Password.

- Your computer or mobile device must be recognized.

- And your geographic location.

Q. Can I log in from another computer, or a different location?

Yes. For additional security, you will be required to complete a security question or to verify your registered email address.

Q. Will this new change affect my Access ID and password?

No, they are not affected by this change.

Q. Will I have set up my security challenge questions & answers again?

No, they will remain the same so you do not have to set them up again.
